Projekt „Posílení systémových a technických opatření CS ČR v boji se závažným, organizovaným a přeshraničním zločinem“,
registrační číslo CZ.13.01.03/00/23_005/0000008, je spolufinancován z Operačního programu Fond pro vnitřní bezpečnost.
Popis projektu:
Podstatou projektu je, v souladu s prioritami Evropské unie a koncepcí boje proti organizovanému zločinu, zajištění vysoké bezpečnosti Evropské unie a posílení kapacity ochrany proti terorismu, organizované trestné činnosti a kyberkriminalitě. Realizací projektu bude policejnímu orgánu Celní správy České republiky umožněno dostatečně rychle a kvalitně reagovat na současný dynamický trend používání a ukládání dat a informací v elektronické podobě, a cíleně a bezpečně zajišťovat důkazy pro důkazní účely prověřovaných trestních činů.
Cíl projektu:
Cílem projektu je posílení stávajících systémových a technických opatření Celní správy České republiky v rámci kompetencí dle zákona č. 17/2021 Sb., o Celní správě České republiky ve znění pozdějších předpisů, a dle § 12 odst.2 písm. d) zákona č. 141/1961 Sb., trestní řád, ve znění pozdějších předpisů.

Abstract:
In line with the priorities of the European Union and the concept of the fight against organised crime, the project aims to ensure high security of the European Union and to strengthen its capacity to protect against terrorism, organised crime and cybercrime. The implementation of the project will enable the police authority of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic to respond quickly and with sufficient quality to the current dynamic trend of using and storing data and information in electronic form, and to provide evidence for the evidentiary purposes of investigated criminal offences in a targeted and secure manner.
Aim of this action:
The aim of the project is to strengthen the existing system and technical measures of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic within the scope of its competences under Act No. 17/2021 Coll., on the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic, as amended, and under Section 12(2)(d) of Act No. 141/1961 Coll., Criminal Procedure Code, as amended.
